David J. Hogan is chairman of Mannheim LLC, a private international investment company. He joined the company in 2001 and served as its senior managing director for nine years. Between 1996 and 2001, Mr. Hogan was chairman of BlueStone International, where he ultimately became senior executive managing director and co-head of the firm’s parent company, Bluestone Capital Partners. He was managing director and a member of the executive committee of Gefinor, a privately owned merchant bank based in Geneva, Switzerland from 1992 to 1996. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with Saudi International Bank, Citicorp, Fleet Financial Corporation and Sara Lee Corporation.

Mr. Hogan holds a B.A. in economics from Juniata College, where he is a member of the board of trustees. He serves on the boards of several organizations including Springer Publishing Company, Bio-Horizons Inc., Alger Associates Inc., and the Friends of the Heidelberg University Center for American Studies.
